Just in Time is a key in being efficient. The right part, a product or a service must be available at the right time; not earlier and not later. A manufacturing company cannot afford to store parts at its assembly site otherwise wasting costly space. A commercial business must be able to retrieve and deliver parts or product within 24 hours. Searching for a particular item is not an option.

Use of the latest automation electronics, modern conveyor technology allows for high-end automation. This is true for small-parts warehouses in production as well as large distribution warehouses or protected document archives.
Warehouse operation with GEBHARDT Series 300 containing accumulation roller conveyors, transfer units and transfer stations is carried out in high-bay P&D areas for storage and retrieval of containers with weights of up to 80 kg. In high-bay document storage, for example, documents are protected from light, dust and dampness. Storage and retrieval is carried out using automated equipment.
GEBHARDT Series 500 warehouse technology is designed for heavy pallets weighing up to 2000 kg. In high-bay pallet P&D areas, the transport of goods is accomplished using roller and chain conveyors with transfer devices. Minimises Fork Lift Truck movements and reduces operator requirements.
